 It has been officially announced that Pokemon Planet will be shutting down permanently. Nintendo has discovered Pokemon Planet, and as a result, Pokemon Planet will no longer be available online. All of the time and work that has been invested in this game will be wasted. What does this mean in terms of legality of Pokemon Planet? Persons under the age of 13 (unless given permission by a parent or legal guardian) are not permitted to access Pokemon Planet, nor are those who have been suspended or removed from Pokemon Planet by the site’s administrators.
